Web Design Team Assigned

A Personal Consultant and dedicated design team will be assigned to work on your project from start to finish.

Website Design Consultation

You will complete a Design Form and your Personal Consultant will contact you for more details.

Designer Presentation & Recommendations

Your Design Team will present a variety of website designs – together you will discuss the design which best suits your needs.

Website Creation

Once your design has been chosen, your Design Team will integrate the content you have provided into your site including text and images.

Review

After your review, your Design Team will make the necessary changes – the number of changes is dependent upon the package you have chosen.

Publish

After final approval, your new website will be published on the Internet. Your files will be provided to you in the format you specify. If you have chosen the 12 month plan, your files will be available after 12 mos, however you may receive them at any time once your plan is paid in full.

Maintenance

Your design team is happy to help you with occasional small changes or you can purchase blocks of design support in 30 or 60 min packages. We can also offer you a complete solution to include any or all of the following: design, hosting, maintenance, internet marketing, email marketing and social media setup and personalization.

After you complete the Website Design Form, you will meet with your Personal Consultant who can explain the different packages in more detail. We do our best to offer a variety of packages to meet the needs and budget for all our clients.

What about Content?

We can use your content, have a professional copywriter provide the content for you (extra charge), or a combination of both. Depending on the package you choose, we will consider use of keywords, SEO, type of business, style/branding as well as future growth. Design is VERY important, but it doesn't matter how pretty your site is if no one visits it, or leaves quickly without finding what they came for.

Can we start small and build out the website as our business grows?

Do you offer ongoing site updates or maintenance plans?

Yes, you have the option to buy updates on a recurring or individual basis. With recurring site updates, our design team will make specific time to implement your requests every month.

Why does my website need regular site maintenance?

It is important to keep your site content, files, videos, pictures, etc. fresh and current. This helps to keep your site visitors informed and engaged.

What if I have already purchased an ongoing site maintenance package?

We will evaluate your request and if it is determined that it requires more time than what you have available, you may have to purchase additional time before work begins.
